Under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer Kelly O’Connor, who has been with the organization for over three decades, the team works collaboratively to ensure the highest quality of care, education, and social services. With expertise spanning early childhood education, school-age programming, social work, development, and finance, they bring a wealth of experience and passion to their roles. Their collective mission is to create a nurturing space where children can learn, grow, and thrive while supporting families with essential resources and guidance.

Kelly O’Connor
Chief Executive Officer
Kelly O'Connor has been an integral part of the Gregg House community for over three decades, dedicating herself to enhancing the lives of children and families in Lynn, MA. Her journey with the organization began on April 17, 1987, and she has held various positions, including Director of the School-Age Program, before ascending to the role of Chief Executive Officer. She has been steadfast in her commitment to providing a safe and welcoming community for all.
Under Kelly's leadership, Gregg House has flourished, continually enhancing its programs and services to better serve the community. Her commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment aligns with the organization's mission to support each child in growing up healthy, educated, resilient, and successful.
Kelly's dedication extends beyond her professional role; her family has also been actively involved with Gregg House. Her parents initiated the annual Thanksgiving Dinner event, reflecting a deep-rooted commitment to community service.
Kelly's enduring commitment to the mission of Gregg House and her profound impact on the Lynn community highlight her as a dedicated leader and advocate for children's welfare.

Richard Crescenzo
Chief Financial Officer
Richard "Rich" Crescenzo has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gregg House since 2018, bringing a strong commitment to financial stewardship in the nonprofit sector. In his role, he oversees all financial operations, including recordkeeping, reporting and analysis, regulatory compliance, and HR administration.
With a passion for community-based work, Rich was drawn to Gregg House by its mission to support children and families. His goal is to help build a strong financial foundation that ensures the organization can continue serving the community for another hundred years. Through his leadership, he works to enhance financial sustainability, allowing Gregg House to expand its impact and provide vital programs for future generations.

Kellie Rowe
Director of Development
Kellie Rowe, BSW, is the Director of Development at Gregg House, where she has dedicated over 20 years to supporting children and families. Throughout her tenure, she has held various roles, including Educator, Assistant Social Worker, Assistant Director, and Director of School-Age Programming, before stepping into her current leadership position.
As Director of Development, Kellie spearheads fundraising initiatives and donor engagement efforts to advance Gregg House’s mission. With a deep passion for building meaningful relationships and a strategic approach to philanthropy, she oversees major gift programs, grant initiatives, and community partnerships to ensure the organization’s long-term success.
Kellie’s connection to Gregg House runs deep—she was once a participant in the very programs she now helps sustain. As a child, Gregg House provided her with a safe space to learn, grow, and form lasting friendships, shaping her into the leader she is today. Inspired by her own experiences, she is committed to ensuring that future generations of children and families continue to benefit from the same support, mentorship, and life-changing opportunities that shaped her journey.

Frantzie Kebreau
Director of Social Services
Frantzie Kebreau, LCSW, serves as the Director of Social Services at Gregg House, bringing years of expertise in child and family support. Born to Haitian immigrant parents, Frantzie has called Lynn home for most of her life. Her journey with Gregg House began in childhood, attending the summer and afterschool programs on South Street. As a teenager and young adult, she worked at Gregg House, where she developed a deep passion for working with children.
Over the years, Frantzie advanced through multiple leadership roles, eventually managing priority population contracts, coordinating social services across three programs, and overseeing staff. She is dedicated to fostering strong community partnerships with state and city agencies, schools, and youth service organizations to enhance the well-being of the children and families she serves.
From 2012 to 2024, Frantzie expanded her impact by working with the Department of Mental Health’s Child, Youth, and Families Division in the Northeast Area. In 2024, she was thrilled to return to Gregg House, bringing her enhanced expertise in children’s behavioral health to further support the organization’s mission.

Nikki Nash MacIsaac
Director of Infant & Toddler Programming
Nikki Nash MacIsaac has served as the Program Director at Gregg House Infant Toddler Center since 2018, bringing a deep passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a nurturing, supportive environment where children and families can learn, grow, and thrive.
Before joining Gregg House, Nikki spent nearly 13 years working in Early Intervention, supporting Gregg House children and witnessing firsthand the program’s profound impact on the community. Inspired by its mission, she eagerly accepted the opportunity to become a permanent part of the Gregg House family.
Nikki is dedicated to empowering families, helping them recognize their essential role as their children's first and most important educators. She focuses on fostering strong family engagement and ensuring children develop the foundational skills they need for future success.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Science in Family Studies from Wheelock College. Additionally, she completed a post-master’s certificate program in Early Education Research, Policy & Practice at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
With her extensive expertise and heartfelt dedication, Nikki continues to strengthen Gregg House’s commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and family support.

Christina Hope
Director of School-Age Programming
Christina Hope is the Director of School-Age Programming at Gregg House, where she has been a dedicated leader since joining the organization in 2011. A Lynn native, Christina was drawn to Gregg House after hearing about its strong reputation in the community. Wanting to work with children outside of the traditional classroom setting, she applied for an Educator position after graduating from college—and soon realized it was the best decision of her career.
Over the years, Christina has built lasting relationships with families, watched young participants grow into staff members, and fostered a supportive environment where children feel safe and encouraged. As Program Director, she is committed to maintaining trust among staff, children, and parents while leading a high-quality, enriching, and secure childcare program.
Christina believes in the power of compassion, care, and trust in shaping a child’s development. She looks forward to continuing her impact, ensuring that Gregg House remains a place where children and families feel valued, supported, and inspired.

Gentry White-Frager
Director of Preschool Programming
Gentry White-Frager has been a dedicated member of the Gregg House team for 19 years and currently serves as the Director of Preschool Programming. In this role, she ensures that the program meets all ECC regulations while maintaining the highest standards of care and education for young children. She actively models best practices in supervision and child engagement, fostering a nurturing and enriching environment.
Overseeing a team of more than 20 educators and aides, Gentry works closely with staff to ensure they meet the needs of both children and families. She is committed to upholding state licensing requirements and delivering a high-quality early childhood program that supports children’s development and well-being.
Gentry’s journey with Gregg House began right after high school when a cousin in the childcare field introduced her to the organization. She has remained a dedicated part of the team ever since, inspired by the lasting impact Gregg House has on children and families.
Her goal is to create a preschool environment where every child, parent, and staff member feels seen, supported, and encouraged. She hopes that when families look back on their time at Gregg House, they remember it as a place where they felt safe, valued, and truly made a difference in their lives.

Kristy Gensel-Hrubes
Family Advocate & Preschool Social Worker
Kristy Gensel-Hrubes is a dedicated Family Advocate and Preschool Social Worker at Gregg House, committed to supporting families and young children through compassionate care and advocacy. With a strong background in child welfare and social services, she collaborates closely with families and local agencies to ensure children have access to the resources they need to thrive.
Kristy’s expertise spans multiple areas of Human Services and Social Science, including Child Advocacy, Community Health, Recovery Coaching, Behavioral Research, and Psychology. As a Massachusetts Licensed Foster Parent for five years, she has developed invaluable skills in advocacy, resource coordination, and creating nurturing environments for children. She is also trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Trauma-Informed Partnering for Safety and Permanence – Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting (TIPS-MAPP) through the Department of Children and Families.
Throughout her career, Kristy has worked alongside social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals to build meaningful connections that foster children’s emotional and developmental growth. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys raising her two adopted children with her wife, Cara, and is currently furthering her education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Kristy remains passionate about empowering families, guiding them through challenges, and helping them build strong, self-sufficient futures.

Christine Nesbit
Infant & Toddler Program Social Worker
Christine Nesbit is a dedicated Social Worker at the Gregg House Infant and Toddler Center, where she has been supporting young children and their families for the past 10 years. Passionate about early childhood development, she strives to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe to explore, learn, and grow.
With a strong belief that “it takes a village to raise a child,” Christine is especially focused on fostering meaningful family engagement opportunities that build a strong, connected community. Through effective case management, she empowers families to reach their full potential and access the resources they need to thrive.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Salem State University. She is also a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her commitment to child and family well-being continues to make a lasting impact on the Gregg House community.

Vianca Rodriguez is a dedicated Social Worker at Gregg House, supporting elementary and middle school students in the afterschool program. Since joining the organization in 2024, she has been committed to creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for the children and families she serves.
Vianca focuses on building meaningful relationships with students, facilitating engaging activities, and connecting families with essential resources. Her passion for youth development and community service led her to Gregg House, where she is proud to be part of a team making a real difference in young people’s lives.
